What does “certificate program” mean? When do I get issued a certificate?

The term certificate is widely used to denote a document which represents the completion of something. You may receive a certificate of participation for simply attending a lecture, but the attaining of this certificate does not indicate that any real learning objectives were met by the participant.

A certificate program however, offers a certificate of completion denoting that the participant has met specifically intended learning objectives through qualifying criteria – typically through the completion of a final test or written submission. Thus in a certificate program the user only receives a certificate after their successful completion of the program has been verified.

How much do your training programs cost?

1-15 registrants: $125.00
15-30 registrants: $110.00
> 30 registrants: $100.00

After completing my order and registering, how long will it be until I can use the training program?

If paying by credit card, access will be granted within 24-48 hours. If paying by cheque, access will be granted after receipt of payment. Account activation instructions will be sent via email.

Can I transfer registration from one employee to another?

Unfortunately no.

Do you charge tax?

Payment is subject to GST/HST requirements in Canada. No tax is charged for registrants outside of Canada.

Is there an in-class component to your training programs?

No, our training programs are designed as a web-based webinar and have no in-class components.

If my web browser or computer shuts down unexpectedly do I have to restart the training from the start?

Our training programs are designed to monitor your progress and offer you the choice to resume from the last completed slide. With this being said, if the computer experiences a complete loss of data which clears your web browser's temporary folders or cookies, your progress in the training program may be lost as well.

Do I have to enable cookies to use your training program?

Yes, cookies allow our training program to monitor your progress and prompt you to resume from the last completed slide if you exit the training program unexpectedly.

I cannot hear the audio component of the training program.

To be able to hear the audio component of the training program, please ensure that your computer supports audio and that your computer’s volume controls are not muted or turned down too low.

Do I download the training program or install it from a disk?

All of Learn@Regxia’s training programs are available through our website so no downloading or installation is necessary. For the full experience of the course content, you may need to install or update Adobe Flash.

Can I get my money back if I change my mind?

If you decide to cancel your registration before you, or a member of your team, have logged into the training program, Learn@Regxia will process your refund in a timely manner.
If you, or a member of your team, has started using the program a refund will not be possible as it is only available to those registrations not yet utilized.

What type of support comes with your training program?

In addition to this FAQs page and the How To Tutorial, the Learn@Regxia team is available 24 hours a day via email (learn@regxia.com) and will respond to you ASAP.

I have lost my registration information, what do I do?

Do you offer discounts?

Currently Learn@Regxia offers volume discounts for bulk registrations, but there is no discount for individual courses.

Content doesn't launch within my webpage.

If you see only a blank window when launching the training program within your webpage, the issue may be related to system requirements necessary to utilize our training software. Please review the system requirements noted below.

I am using Safari with Private Browsing enabled and the training program is not loading properly.

You may find that Storyline's HTML5 output doesn't load as expected in Safari if the Private Browsing feature is enabled.
This is a known issue. To correct it, turn off Private Browsing while you're viewing your Storyline content. Here's how:
Mobile Safari on iPad / iPhone
  1. Click the Settings icon on the iPad / iPhone home screen.
  2. Select Safari from the left navigation pane.
  3. Locate Private Browsing in the details pane on the right, and move the slider to OFF.
Safari on PC / Mac
  1. Click the Settings button (the gear icon).
  2. Uncheck Private Browsing.

I cannot get the embedded video to not play on an iPhone.

If one or more of the videos in the training program will not play in mobile Safari on an iPhone, it's likely that the dimensions of the movie file(s) exceed the iPhone's technical specifications. Unfortunately there is no way to solve this for your iPhone and you will have to complete the training program on a computer or iPad.

How do I view the course content on an iPad?

Can I take the course using an iPod Touch?

Unfortunately not.

Can I take the course using my Blackberry?

Unfortunately not.

Two-finger Swipe is not working on my iPad

Because of the course timing, the Next and Previous functions are disabled on many course screens, and this will disable Two-finger Swipe as well.
